At Computer Country we work hard to keep our rates reasonable so that you can be competitive in your business. We will give you a reasonable estimate of your costs before we begin work. Payment is expected at time of service unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Our rates do not include the cost of any parts that may be required.
In Shop (Depot) rates:
- Computer diagnostics minimum charge: $45
- In our shop: $45/hour, 1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments. We will arrange to pickup and drop off your computer at no charge within 5 miles of our location.
On Site rates (time starts when we arrive at your location):
- Onsite Call: $65/hour plus parts, 1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments, includes basic peer-to-peer networking.
- Windows Server Network support: $85/hour
- Travel expenses may apply for onsite calls that are more than 20 miles from our office. Expenses include mileage plus time and out-of-pocket travel costs.
Telephone Support: Billed at $45/hour in 15-minute increments.

We will not be liable for any damages arising from direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, theft; loss of use, data or profits; or business interruption arising in any service or repair work performed.
